• Kindly make IMMEDIATE PAYMENT AFTER PLACING YOUR ORDER. Items in your order will only be secured once we have received your payment.

• In the event an item in your order is out of stock after we have received your payment, a refund will be provided for the out of stock item.

• In order to send out the freshest plants to you, do note that we will NOT be able to hold your order to be delivered at a later date.

PREORDER: ETA for all preorder items would be about 3-5 weeks after preorder closes. PLEASE DO NOT ADD ANY INSTOCK ITEMS TOGETHER WITH PREORDER ITEMS DURING CHECK OUT.

SELF COLLECT: We will send you an email once your order is ready for collection. For shop opening hours, please check out our Facebook page here.

DELIVERY: Once your order is packed and out for delivery, you will receive an email from us. We will try our best to have all orders delivered out to you in less than 3 business days, else the latest would be within 5 business days. Delivery during sales period may take up to 5-7 business days.
