PRE ORDERS

  • How long does pre-order items usually take to arrive?

Pre-order items will usually take about 3-5 WEEKS to arrive should there be no delays.

  • Do you have the exact size of the plant?

We will only provide the plant's pot size unless otherwise stated. Each and every plant grows differently, hence the plant size will vary.

  • Am I purchasing the exact same plant as the photo?

The plant shown in the photo is for reference. The plant that you purchase will be of the same species, but not the exact same plant. Do kindly note that no two plants are the same. Each plant grows differently and is one of a kind.

  • The colour of my plant looks different from the photo.

Sometimes, the colour of the plants can fade during transit due to the lack of light. Different plants have different requirements. Should you require any assistance, do reach out to us and we will guide you along.

  • The plants that I've received are wrinkled.

Wrinkles are usually a sign of dehydration. Do water them and they will plump back in no time! If  the problem persists, do reach out to us if you require any guidance.

 

  • There are insects in my plant.

​Insects are inevitable in plants as plants are also living things. We will check to make sure that the plants are in a healthy state when they arrive and its not possible for us to check through every single plant for bugs. Should you need guidance in removing the bugs, please contact us. Please note that we do not provide refunds for such situations.

DELIVERY

  • ​When will my order be processed?

The plants will be sent out for delivery when payment is completed, and when the order is packed and ready to be delivered.

​​

  • How much is the delivery charge?

Delivery charge to a single location is $8 for online orders. Free delivery for orders (in a single online order) $100 and above delivered to a single delivery address. The delivery service is for within Singapore, excluding restricted area such as Jurong Island / Sentosa / Changi Airport / Alps Ave / Camps / Restricted Facilities. Please contact us if you have any queries.

  • How long does the delivery take?

We will try our best to have all orders sent out to you asap. Average delivery duration is approximately 3 - 5 WORKING DAYS. Do note that we wont be able to accede to any delivery time/date requests in order to send out the freshest plants to you. Delivery during sales period may take up to 5 - 7 WORKING DAYS. You will be notified via email once your order is out for delivery.

  • Is it possible to hold my order or add on more items before delivery?

To prevent any delays, we will not be able to hold any orders or allow any add ons after orders have been placed in order to send out the freshest plants to you.

  • I have indicated the wrong delivery information in my order.

Please contact us with your order number and inform us IMMEDIATELY. If the order has been sent out for delivery you will have to bear additional delivery charges and delay, if any.

EXCHANGE & RETURN​

  • Damaged plant/product

Please contact us with your order number and photographs of the damaged products WITHIN 3 DAYS upon receiving the products. Do kindly note that torn leaves, holes in leave, broken stems, yellow leaves, dried leaves or dried flowers are perfectly normal. These are considered as natural signs which wont be eligible for any exchange or refunds.

  • Dead plant

If the plant you've purchased from us dies WITHIN 3 DAYS after you receive it, kindly email us immediately with photos of the dead plant for a full refund.​

  • Wrong item received

Please contact us with your order number and photographs of the received products WITHIN 7 DAYS upon receiving the products.​

​​

  • Wrong item ordered

Please contact us with your order number and inform us WITHIN 7 DAYS of receiving the item. If the order has been sent out for delivery, you will have to bear additional delivery charges and delay, if any.

  • Exchange for wrongly ordered item

Please contact us with your order number and inform us WITHIN 7 DAYS of receiving the item. Exchange can only be done for products of the same value or higher at additional charges. Exchange is subject to stock availability and for unused/unopened products only. If the order has been sent out for delivery, you will have to bear additional delivery charges.

The Flora Chapter reserves the rights to refuse any exchange and return of products sold.

PAYMENT​

  • Available payment methods

For online purchases: PayLah! / PayNow / Bank transfer (DBS). Do kindly make payment within 24 hours of placing order in order for us to secure the items in your order for you.

For in store purchases: Cash / PayLah! / PayNow

  • What do we do with your personal information?

Personal information such as your name, address, email address and contact number are used solely for the delivery service that you have opted for. Necessary personal information will only be disclosed to third-party delivery services to allow them to perform their service for us.​
